So, I know this blog is really supposed to be about the boys, but I wanted to share these! I have been meaning to post these for a while now. These are pictures from a FABULOUS Halloween Party that our WONDERFUL friends (middle pic) hosted at IV's. We had a BLAST!!! Shad and I were Dog the Bounty Hunter and his well endowed wife Beth! We were a hit....to say the least!

Playing Outside

Yesterday was so beautiful that as Shad was working on the new playset (pics later) that we all went out there to play. Tate had so much fun that he didn't know what to do with himself!! I love playing outside with my boys....they are so much fun to watch!

I'm a little behind....

I'm a little behind with getting things posted on here lately! I guess I have been slacking.

Where to begin....

We had a wonderful Christmas holidays! Christmas Eve we went to Communion at church and then went to Aletha and Chad's afterwards. We got home late and had a lot to get done. We didn't get in the bed until after 1:00am and were up by 6am. Mr & Mrs Clause were very tired to say the least! Christmas day was wonderful and then......we ALL got the stomach bug. Tate started it by throwing up on Tuesday night, then Will Thomas followed and so on and so forth it went through everyone including Gray, My and B! Mom and I were trying the other night to guesstimate how many loads of laundry we washed in 4 days...I'm sure it was upwards of 20-30!!! UUGGHH! Everyone is better now! Thank God! At least we did get Santa done before everyone went downhill!

New Years was very relaxed because everyone was still recovering and also Shad had to work. We were in the bed by 10.30!! We are such old married people!! Haha!

HAPPINESS

~ I have seen this on some peoples blogs and decided to do it myself! You are supposed to tag 5 people to do it also, but I won't burden everyone with that!

Rule: Write ten things that make you happy!

1. My boys....all 3 of them. I could go on and on forever about them and how they make me happy. Their smell makes me happy. Their hugs and kisses make me happy. Their laughter makes me happy. Their chaos makes me happy, even though I may not show it sometimes! Their sweet hearts make me happy. Just the fact that they are mine makes me the happiest.

2. My favorite smells make me happy and everyone that knows me knows that my nose (haha that sounds funny)is sensitive. In no particular order they are - fresh cut grass, a red currant candle, a new box of Crayola crayons, pickles, the beach, football games (The Grove), baseball games, babies and my boys when they get out of the bath.

3. The beach. Enough said!

4. Music....loud. Any kind, doesn't really matter!

5. Being with my husband, by ourselves, doing nothing, Like riding in the truck or going out to eat...simple things.

6. My best friends. They know who they are....

7. My family....not just my boys, but my Mom and Michael and Gray and Na. They will never know how much they mean to me.

8. The Orchard and my Small Group. They are a wonderful group of people! Being involved in this church has changed my life forever!

9. Las Margaritas!

10. Laughing so hard that my stomach and my cheeks hurt.

~ I had never done this before, but I could go on and on. I am a very lucky girl! God has blessed me and my family beyond my wildest dreams! If you get a chance try it! It was pretty fun!

Fun with a Box

I now know exactly what I am getting Tate for Christmas this year! I am going to take all the toys back and I am going to wrap the diaper box up. He played with this box for over an hour! As you can see, Monkey is never far away.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. The Chappell's wish everybody safe travel, good times with family & friends and last, but certainly not least GOOD FOOD! We will be here, we celebrated this last weekend in Rome with My, B, Unc, and Na! We had a really good time!

Our "Little One" is the "Big One"

Tate's actual 1st birthday was Saturday, but we celebrated last Sunday. He was so precious, I can't believe that he is already 1!!! Time really does fly. The outfit that he had on was my dad Michael's (Tate's "B") when he was little. He looked absolutely adorable! We had a great time. Our friend Amy did the cakes and they were simply delicious (and great looking)!
